My New Stocking
New stocking is done. It’s kinda big but looks nice on my mantel near the tree. And, it’ll hold a lot of loot. The pattern, Annie’s Woolens Peace Christmas Stocking, was in a kit with a nice photo attached, a color chart, and Bartlettyarns one ball each of spruce heather, cranberry, and light sheeps gray. Annie’s Woolens website has a bunch of other nice stockings, too. I wish I’d seen the Holly pattern available when I ordered Peace. But I like what I have. The yarn is nice. I wouldn’t want to wear against my skin, though!
Oooooh. I just weighed my yarn and my stocking and I realized I have enough yarn for a second stocking. I might have to get that Holly Stocking pattern for $6.
