Yes, relics!!  We had 160 of them at my church this week.  It was a really great experience learning about relics and getting to see them.  There was a large relic of the True Cross, found by St Helen all those centuries ago.  I remember reading the story but never thought I would get to see a piece of it.

This first one is St Maria Goretti.

Also I’m working on a new baby sweater.  Sizing seems good for a 3-6 month old, I think.  It’s looser on Lucy than you can tell at this point.

Sweet morning kitty.  He slept right there one night, curled around my head.

Tulip Time

My third Tulip sweater is complete.  This one is for a girl, made with my leftover Dream in Color Classy.  I think I used Peach, Cool Fire, and Butter Peeps.  As you can see I made my stripes twice as thick so I have only 3 yarn colors instead of, say, 7.  Given that this yarn is $19.00 per ball that really adds up!  Hoping for a six month size.

I made yet another pair of Ruth’s Perfect Baby Booties.  How can I resist?  They ARE perfect.  I used my usual Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in pink again.
