Hats and the Zoo

I went to the zoo again last weekend for the Parkview picnic. It was a wonderful day, 80 degrees and sunny. I took a few pictures again.

First, the required Red Panda picture. Doesn’t he look like a cute little stuffed animal? I want!

White Cheeked Gibbon, or Crested Gibbon. Her bright brown fur means she is female, according to the internet. I was struck by how long her arms are, and turns out gibbons have longer arms than any other primates.

I finally got a jellyfish picture to work. But I don’t know what I did!

This was a construction area. But doesn’t it look like a herd of elephants?

I also made a another hat for myself. This one is made of Knitpicks Wool of the Andes. I used the Cabled Newsboy Cap from Stitch ‘N Bitch Nation. I really like it. I may have to try another color too. And no, this was not at the zoo. This was at work, a whole other kind of zoo.
